We know that non-profits grapple with many of the same issues that our for-profit clients face. We also know, from working with non-profits in all stages of the business cycle, from start-up to merger, that non-profits’ unique legal status carries with it unique legal issues. We put our non-profit experience to work advising clients on a variety of issues including non-profit governance, regulatory compliance, development of joint ventures and collaborative partnerships, public funding strategies, federal and state tax issues, and navigation of the administrative hearing process.
