General Aviation
We represent various companies in connection with general aviation matters. We handle all aspects of acquisitions and sales of aircraft, working with buyers and sellers throughout the United States and across international lines. We coordinate with local counsel in international sales and purchases. We also represent clients in aircraft leasing transactions, both ACMI and Dry Leases. And we act as general counsel to various aviation companies, providing integrated legal services for their businesses by drawing on our broad aviation, corporate/commercial and litigation experience and knowledge.
