Trey R. Milam

After working at Marcus Clegg as an intern and then as a summer associate during law school, Trey joined the firm as an associate in 2019. Trey’s primary focus is on complex commercial matters in both the transactional and litigation fields, with an emphasis on bankruptcy, Maine medical and recreational marijuana law, real estate, land use, and trademark law. 

While in law school, Trey externed at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maine, participated in the Jessup International Moot Court competition, and served on the Board of the Environmental Energy and Law Society. Upon graduating, Trey received the law school’s Commercial Law Award for outstanding scholastic achievement.  

Trey spends his free time skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and training his dogs to stay off the couch.
